ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience with Trimble Business Center or AutoCAD is preferred.

Assists with identifying potential projects for bidding and preparing pre-bid queries.

Obtain all procurement documents needed for potential projects.

Identify and prepare questions from plans, proposals, and drawings.

Submit questions to client after reviewing with team.

Perform quantity takeoffs using Trimble Business Center.

Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare material and labor estimates.

Visit site and record information about access, drainage, topography, and availability of services.

Perform site modeling for GPS equipment using Trimble Business Center.

Make in-field adjustments using Trimble Siteworks.
